Due to the nature of custom handmade products,
payments are not taken at the point of initial order despite the option to choose pay by check or cash.

- A “proof” of your order will be sent and you will be asked to confirm its accuracy. Check for any errors.
- Upon customer approval, an invoice will be sent.
- Payment is expected upon receipt of invoice by check, cash, credit card or other means.
- Custom orders will not be started until payment is received.

- Special arrangements may be made for shipping, pick up or delivery at the time artwork approval is made.
- Rush service is available in most cases if needed.
